Dutch Oven: 12"

 

1 can Celery Soup

1 can Chicken Soup

1 envelope Dry Onion Soup

1 cut up Chicken or 4 lbs skinless Chicken thighs

1 1/3 cup Minute Brown Rice

1/2 to 1 can water

2 cups frozen peas

 

Mix celery soup, chicken soup, frozen peas and rice.  Add water.  Put mixture in greased Dutch oven.  Press chicken down into rice and sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.

 

Hang pot over a 350-degree fire for about 15 minutes then add top coals.  Bake for an additional hour and forty-five minutes.  Remember, no peeking!!
