Fried Broccoli & Peppers

Broccoli (leave big stalks

1 yellow bell pepper cut into stripes

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

 

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.  Once melted add broccoli and peppers into skillet.  Stir occansionally cook until tender.
