Crusted Salmon

6-8 salmon fillet

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon Ms Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning

1-1/2 cup fresh white bread crumbs,

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions

2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves


Directions

Heat oven to 375ºF (if cooking in the house.)  Spray shallow baking pan with cooking spray, or pour just enough cooking oil to cover bottom of Dutch Oven.  Pat salmon dry with paper towel. Place salmon, skin side down, in pan; brush with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, and Ms Dash seasoning.

Mix bread crumbs, cheese, onions, lemon peel and thyme in small bowl. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. Press bread crumb mixture evenly on salmon.

Bake uncovered 15 to 25 minutes in house oven or hang Dutch Oven over medium high heat and add top coals, until salmon flakes easily with fork. Serve immediately.
